Aims
This social media course is a hands-on computer course for businesses to set up and optimise Facebook and Twitter social media. At the end of this social media course, you will have set up and be managing a Facebook Business Page and Twitter Account with tools and tips for building audiences and engagement, investigating ads and sponsored tweets, and measuring through analytics and tools. This is the follow on course from the prerequisite Social Media Marketing Campaign: Facebook, Blogs and Twitter and contains the handson (lab or laptop) component of the course.

This social media course covers the following topics:
- Using a computer to set up a Facebook Business Page.
- Discover how to use Facebook marketing intelligence to find your customers.
- Practice creating Facebook Ads with tips and tricks to engage.
- Establish Business vs Personal Facebook settings and manage Admins.
- Learn how to automate content and use tools to save time.
- Investigate building audiences on Facebook Business Page.
- How to Measure success through analytics tools.
- Learn how to set up Twitter for Business.
- Find and follow customer communities.
- Learn how to create content for Twitter.
- Establish Business vs Personal voice on Twitter.
- Discover how to automate following and content on Twitter.
- How to Measure success through analytics tools.
- Investigate sponsored tweets and verified accounts.
This course is run as a one day course through the University of Sydney Centre for Continuing Education (CCE). Please book the Facebook & Twitter course at the CCE.

Intended Audience - INTRODUCTION to Facebook & Twitter for Business
Prior to attending this social media course, participants must have attended Social Media Marketing Course: Facebook, Twitter and Blogs.
This is the hands-on component of the Social Media Campaign course - you will be implementing what you learned in the prerequisite course in the computer lab.
